How many days can I rent the trash bin?

7 Days. Extra days will incur additional daily charges

Is there weight limitations for the roll off container?

Weight can not exceed 10 tons.

What can I fill in a  container?

10 Yard "lowboy" containers you can use for  Inert materials such as, dirt, concrete, rocks, tile and brick just to name a few. We do not accept any other form of trash or debris in our 10 yard container.

40 Yard container can be filled with non hazardous waste and non inert material.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Just call us with any changes or cancellations to your order, at least 1 business day in advance, to allow adequate time for processing. Cancelled orders may incur a cancellation fee as terms and conditions apply.

What if I need sooner or later pick up than originally requested?

All changes to an order must occur at least 1 business day in advance. Orders requiring more than 7 days will incur additional charges as terms and conditions apply. 

Can you place roll off container on the street?

This is up to the local municipality for permits, please check their rules and regulations.-How much space do I need for the roll off container?

The dimensions of the 40 Yard container are 22 feet long x 8 feet wide x 6 feet high. Please allow 3 times as much space for placement and maneuverability of the roll off container.

What are unacceptable items for the roll off container?

Anything deemed hazardous can not be placed in the trash bin, this includes but not limited to (chemicals, paint, solvents, oil, gasoline, batteries, tires, liquids, appliances, electronics, treated wood and animals). All trash dumped in the container  is the customers liability. If such items are found in the container, then the container will remain at customers site until contents have been removed and subject to additional fee's per terms and conditions

How far in advance do I need to order?

Orders can be taken 1 business day in advance to ensure timely delivery. Orders will be given a timeslot for when the trash bin will be dropped off. Times are not guaranteed due to delivery conditions, but we will notify the customer if there is a time we can not meet.

When is payment collected?

Payments are collected before the roll off container is physically dropped off at your location. Payments can be made over the phone or in person during drop off. 

Do I need to be there when order is dropped off?

Only reason you will be required to be at the drop off site is if the delivery has not been paid for yet. If payment has been processed in advance, you just need to tell us where to place it. 

Will I be charged for overweight?

There will be a charge for overweight containers as terms and conditions apply.
